This screw compressor range is specially designed for low temperature applications. There are internally built oil separation method, discharge port and check valves at suction, as per the standard.


Our brine chillers have innovative design that ensures good product coverage and total temperature uniformity. Also, they are designed for lower operating costs and enhanced system life. Our systems ensure constant temperature performance, from -50 degree C to + 20 degree C. They are used for outdoor installation as well as indoor installation. Our brine chillers are equipped with effective control mechanism that helps in smooth operation even at -25 degree C temperature.

The type of screw compressor we use are either from Bitzer (Germany), Hanbell (Taiwan),or J&E Hall (UK). All these compressors are semi-hermetic in construction, due to which it is maintenance friendly. The screw compressor range we offer is developed especially for low temperature chillers applications and is provided along with an adjustable volume ratio. Besides this, an internally built oil separation system, discharge port and check valves at suction are offered with the OEM equipment as standard part of it. The screw compressor is designed in varied specifications by the respective OEMs mainly for low temperature applications.

HIGH COP/EERis a proficient component of the refrigerant. Thiswater cooledchillers unit always matched with the standard ASHRAE/ANSI 15 Safety Code. As the the condensers are oversized, the productive gathering of the refrigerant solution enables lower IKW contrasted and other accessible brands.

Shell & Tube Evaporatoris fabricated with copper containers of 19 SWG that enables them to withstand even hard water with more than 8 pH value. We provide the economiser as standard part of supply in process chillers that are used for evaporating temperature of 0 degree Celsius or or lower. The sub-cooler helps in increasing the overall capacity of the chiller by upto 10percent and also helps in reducing the overall power consumption, which ultimately increases the overall coefficient of performance (cop).

The varied options for choice of refrigerants comprises R-407C, R-22 (Freon) and R-134a. The R-407C and R-134A are known for their non- ozone depleting and environment friendly refrigerants.
